Practice fro-gahhh (frozen yoga) on the ice every Saturday at 2:30pm at the shanties on Bde Uma/Lake Harriet, led by BIPOC instructors (and special guests!) from Bridges Through Yoga. Each session will be grounded in a topic related to climate and/or racial justice. There will also be a BIPOC-only session on the last day of the festival, Sunday, February 6 at 10:30am.
